My first one took like 2 hours this one 30 minutes. i know I could be putting more detail in with the extra time but i got to keep them looking the like the first ones. Still waiting for more Shrink paper to come to finish them.

I even had time to experiment with painter. I haven't really done anything more than what you see above so i was kinda sorta happy with the fox. (still isn't a beautiful graceful thing like google gives me.)

Don't get excited!!!! It's just another doodle page of future work magnets. and a fox.... Have you ever seen those very elegant graceful sexy looking foxes on google images (p.s. don't google it in that exact wording you might get porn) that people seem to have a knack for drawing Mine are not like that at all, they always turn out lumpy and manly looking... Meh..


Oh yeha did more resin Magnets, other than the load of resin now on my shirt I have some more awful looking magnets. Ill post then tommorow.... First person who guesses whats in them i'll send them a free jar full of bath salts with a  painting on it Haha.

I'm trying  to also incorporate my doodles into resin magnets but the first batch was preety horrible. if anyone really wants to see them i'll post it, other than that i don't have anything else to show from yesterday since the resin noodles took all day>

I bought more Shrinky Dink paper but it did the same thing as the last. I have more magnets ready to make but until I find a replacement for Shrinky Dinks they will be waiting for me. Really how flooded is the market for shrinkable plastic I think there is two options. So I worked on the commisioned painting. Now that it's up online line Im seeing  alot of problems with it, i don't know if it's my critical eye ripping it apart. What do you guys think, whats blaring out "messed up?"

UUUGGGHHHH!

I had big hopes to show you my new Magnets for the OR workers. Ive gotten 5 done and 5 drawn. But it was a stupid Shrinky Dink battle yesterday that lasted about 5 hours. Afterword i didn't feel like posting. So i made the magnets the same as the last ones, same size, art program yadda yadda. I had just gotten new SD paper in printed the pictures, Cutout the toons and about 4 tiny tiny flowers to bake, to shrink. Baked them, and they turned out awful. They didn't Shrink as much as they should of, were flimsy, and what they did shrink wer eleft to wide. i tried again, and again... and again. All the same even trying to bake them seperate ways. I had one paper left of my old paper, tried that and they shrunk perfectly (Although i burnt them whoops) So anyways must be bad paper. Sighhhhhh, It sucks when you try so hard to be productive in a night and your pumped for your work then you hit snags. Oh well could have worst problems...

I decided not to charge for my painting of Sailor moon, juts the bath salts inside. I figured it's tacky if not illegal to sell someone else's creation. But I dunno about freedom of expression, and i'm not mass producing it. Either way I just decided paintings free the bath salts are not. Haha. I mentioned I was going to fix her and I did. Can you see what's different?

                   
  O.K. I'm back from my vacation. It was great to see my family again. I spent a day by myself capturing pictures of places that I miss the most when i'm away from home. I'm going to post three pictures and I would love someone to pick which one I should paint after my flower painting.  I also finished up some more Sailor Moon jars tonight and i'm starting to post them on ebay. It's nice to be back and i'm very very encouraged to paint. WEEEEEEEEEE!

Hi everyone,I hope your having a sweet day. Here's a project i'm working on for a friend from work..

16x20: Random Flowers (Why do i have a hard time naming paintings?? It seems cheezy to name something more exotic than it is like Floral Ambush Or My time in the meadow, but they sound more appealing than random flowers I guess..)

I want to get this one done soon by this week. I had such such SUCH a crappy day today at work. I hate it when managers give you compliments like"Oh I love your personality you make work so much fun!" "We can always count on you to brighten our day" Then all a sudden one day your in their office and they are writing you up because you "goof off" to much... When you ask "Oh i'm sorry I thought you said I had a fun personality and made work fun" There comments are always along the lines of "Well we want you to have our idea of fun at work.." Yup thats a buisness. Anyways the point of that story (and there was alot more to it) is when Work makes me mad I come home and do as many things as I can in regards to art to make it feel like i have control of my life. I want to be an Artist and even if i can't make a rich living of it I want to make somewhat what of a living, so i can get out of someone elses's idea on how  a person should behave, which is usually how they live their life. So I came home and posted stuff on Ebay, I did and will do a crap ton more of the painting shown above. My art room went from this

It feels a whole lot better. So if your having a bad day do as many things as you can that'll put you back into feeling like your in control. If your trying to do something else career wise in your life, focus on what you can do right at this moment (Even if it doesn't get you anywhere) to get you closer to your goals.
