It's kinda sad I have more reptile magnets than cat magnets since cats seem a lot more popular than reptiles with people so I'm bulking up my cat magnets.. so here are some cats that'll be magnets soon..

Did some dumpy/whites tree frog
This is magnet form. I think I need to lighten it up since it came out somewhat dark..

Same with the Pacman frog

Kinda to dark

Tommorow i'll have Jackson and Veiled Chameleon Drawings done.

It was a day I didn't feel like doing much unfortunantly. I was going to do a lot more leopard Gecko varients but decided I didn't like how the lizard looked that much so it was hard to commit. I'll probably end up redoing it. But I did like how the Bernese Mountain Dog turned out. =D

The Chameleon and Cow earrings ill have to wait ill tomorrow. For whatever reason I wound up with one of each earring =\ So the rest are curing right now.

I'm gearing up to hopefully go to a Puyullp Washington Reptile/Bird show Show in March. Since I'm not a breeder of such animals I'm hoping that they will accept me to selling such animal magnets. I haven't heard yet if they'll take me *fingers crossed* but I figure if anything My etsy store, saltoftheart, could stand to use more reptiles and birds for those lovers out there. Starting out with Conures
  • Blue-crowned
  • Green-cheek Conure.
  • Jenday Conure.
  • Nanday Conure.
  • Sun Conure
  •

and Iguanas of the Red and Green Sorts.....

    The finished magnets

I sually just take my magnets and shrink them to make smaller earrings. I kinda wanna stop that and make separate different design animal earrings from the magnets. I get so confused on what people would prefer and it's tough to do both of each. as of now I have 170ish items listed on Etsy and doing both, of both (confused? good...)  Would quadruple that... Which I'm still new that scares me. I wish I could more input from buyers, and requests from them as well. Anyways here is future earrings that also may someday be magnets as well.. (Still confused?? Good Muaha)

    Little veiled chameleon

    And Little spotted cows

I have a work Christmas Party (snort kinda late) Tommorow. I'll try realllllllllllllllllllllll hard to get the resin process going after work and before I see liquor. Which would put them finished as early as Saturday! I want to work these tomorrow... the Day gecko, and 2-3 varients of the leopard gecko...

    Cats!!!!!! Lots of recolors

This is my Dough head cat <3

and the little crap head I hate, Gandolph.

    Doughhead Ornament

    and our other cat Fizbin

    Orginal drawing/ colorings

Not sure if I'm going to do the bluish one.

I keep the same pose in a lot of my magnets and just do recolors of the same animal. I'm not sure if that'll change in the future.  It's easy enough to do different poses but I dunno I like recolors  of the same pose.

    Ugh,

I was bound and determined to make a beanie tonight, make and finish it. I made about 30 character beanies for a birthday party about 8 years ago and swore I'd never make a beanie again. But of course like all hobbies do, they itch again and I decided to try it again. Again i'll just say the following images will make some sewers out their nauseous as I'm apparently a terrible sewer.

I started with four dome shaped pieces of Fleece and pinned them all together and then the bottoms up (I did not like how that turned out so next time i'll do it differently)

    Pinny pinned

Then I cut out the black face mask and layed it to show how it should lay on the hat.

I folded the  edges on the black face mask to hopefully make it look cleaner then sewed.

Ears next... I cut out 4 of these things

Extracted the middle on 2 of them

    added some pink fabric

I have no clue how to describe the pinning ( This entire hat was done without instructions just winging it) but this picture hopefully shows it somewhat

The second ear looks much cleaner

    crappppppppppppppp I hope it works.....

    yey it did!!!!

    Both ears...

I forgot to take picture sof attaching the ears. Basically I seamed ripped holes in the finished tan beanie then stuffed them in  and sewed the beanie back up. and this is what they look like. I don't own a smart phone so I have to use my bulky camera...

I had major problems wit the eyes. I wanted to use a zig zag stich to clean up the edges of the eyes so it's not just fleece edges sticking out. but my zig zag skips (any sewers know how to fix this??) I fought with it for about 30 minutes and gave up for the night. But this is sorta how it's gonna look when it's finished.

After the Chickens were great Danes.
